## What Doni does (say it in one line, get it back in the chat)

- Posters, flyers, menu cards, price lists, product shots, stickers and 5-second promo videos for WhatsApp Status, with your business name and number already on them. Send your own product photo and Doni works from it. Reply "make the price bigger" or "use my logo" to change it.
- Reminders that come early: once, daily, every Monday, every month on the 5th. Doni nudges the day before, 3 hours before and 30 minutes before.
- Bookkeeping: type "I spent 8500 on fuel" or photograph a receipt; everything is kept in naira by category and exported to Excel on request ("ledger").
- Documents in and out: send a PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or a link for a summary, key points and numbers; ask for a letter, quotation, invoice, notice, report or slide deck and receive a real .docx / .xlsx / .pptx file. Slide decks use a consulting-style layout.
- Voice notes to minutes: forward a recording of up to an hour and get the transcript, proper minutes and action items; say "set them" to turn the action items into reminders. Nigerian accents understood.
- Convert office files: Word to PDF, PDF to Word, PowerPoint to PDF, PDF to Excel, zip and unzip.
- Translate: paste a message or send a photo of a table or sign in any language and get it in English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, French, Chinese and more. Replies in the language you wrote in.
- Gmail and Google Calendar: say "connect gmail"; then "check mail", "any new emails?", "my schedule tomorrow", "add lunch with Tunde Friday 1pm to my calendar". Drafts are shown first and sent only when you reply "send". "disconnect google" revokes access immediately.
- Work from a computer: say "computer" for a one-time link that opens the same chat in a browser for long typing and downloads.
- Quick questions: up to 20 a day in WhatsApp (e.g. "how do I register my business with CAC?"). Doni is not a general-purpose chat bot and says so when a request is outside what it does.

## Privacy

Doni only sees messages sent to its own number, like any other WhatsApp contact. It cannot read other chats, groups or contacts and never messages anyone on your behalf.
